At Zexam International, we are committed to delivering high-quality boxing equipment and sportswear. As a manufacturer, each product is carefully inspected before shipment.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must have a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

• The product should be unused unless the defect could only be discovered during normal inspection.

• Proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the issue are required.

Returns requested for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or normal wear and tear are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or private label (OEM) products

• Personalized products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

• Items showing normal wear and tear

• Products returned after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer product exchanges.

If you receive a defective item, we will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
